Portrait of Paul Recouer - Work in Progress (2)

My goal was to apply the paint in one stroke, and I almost achieved that but, but, but, but... I really like it texturally - thick lashes of paint. There's a lot of things wrong with this - but for me it's a step in the right direction. I don't like the colour of the jacket. It doesn't look good. I'll change it when once it's dry, along with a multitude of other things I don't like.
